HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.
When ordering or requesting a quotation, please include as much as possible of the following information:

Filters: While at the present time no filters are listed in our catalog, we manufacture a large variety of custom filters, namely neutral density filters (UV or VIS) and narrow band filters.

When ordering a filter, please specify:
• Dimensions
• Center wavelength and tolerance
• Half band width and tolerance
• Transmission
• Blocking, degree and lower and upper limit
Special Requirements:
• Angle of incidence
• Environmental specifications
• Cut-on and cut-off wavelengths and tolerances

Coating:
Specify sides to be coated
Angle of incidence and polarization, of other than normal reflectivity and center wavelength.

Prices: All shipments will be invoiced at current prevailing net prices. All prices are F.O.B. Englewood, N.J. List prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes imposed by any present or future Federal, State or Local laws will be added to the price.

Quantity Discounts: All prices shown in this catalog are unit prices. Quantity discounts are available on large orders.

Quotations: Formal quotations from Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. are valid for 90 days from that date of quotation. Requests for quotation should include a complete description of parts desired.

Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, all items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Occassionally, due to heavy demand, an out of stock condition may temporarily occur which delays shipment. However, Republic Lens Co., Inc. manufactures what we sell, and with our total in-house capability, any delay would be minimal.

Transportation: If no instructions are given, merchandise will be shipped according to our best judgment. Claims for merchandise damaged or lost while in transit should be filed promptly by the consignee direct with the transportation company. Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. is not responsible for delays in delivery by transportation companies.

Terms: Payment terms on domestic orders are net, 30 days, for customers with approved credit.
On Foreign orders, payment is by irrevocable Letter of Credit, unless otherwise agreed.

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order. However, all orders under $100.00 must be prepaid.

Warranty: All Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. products have been designed and engineered to meet the most rigid requirements. Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. products and services are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship and are guaranteed to fulfill all published specifications. This warranty does not cover customer errors in ordering, products that have been improperly handled, cleaned, or stored, or other circumstances beyond our control, but does cover Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. obligation to replace or repair any products, during the first 30 days after receipt, that prove to be defective through no fault of the user, following approved cleaning and storage techniques for high quality optical surfaces. In all cases, our liability is limited to the value of merchandise furnished. No other warranty exists, either express of implied, and consequential damages are specifically excluded.

Return of Merchandise: Discrepancies should be reported, as soon as possible, after receipt of merchandise, and in no case later than 30 days after delivery. Please do not return merchandise unless a return authorization has been obtained from Republic Lens Optical Products, Inc. Merchandise being returned should be shipped prepaid with return authorization number in lower right hand corner of the box (parcel post, air express, UPS Blue Label) to:
